If you choose Smile Now, you can get permanent dentures and dental implants within a few appointments. Your surgical appointment is usually your second appointment with us, and that’s when we remove any unsalvageable teeth and fit your new smile.
Patients who are missing most or all of their teeth qualify for permanent dentures or dental implants. Although partial dentures provide a way to salvage the remaining natural teeth, we recommend implant-supported dentures for patients who have lost their teeth due to issues like gum disease. This is because even removable modern dentures won’t provide the support or confidence that many patients need.
